We're currently hard at work coming up with some awesome new designs and products that we know you'll adore! While we love the idea of custom orders, they can be quite time-consuming for us to fulfill. As a result, we are unable to offer custom orders, including color and design changes at this time. However, if you have any design requests or suggestions, we would love to hear them! Feel free to send us a message and let us know what you're thinking. Your order will be shipped from Europe, Germany, using priority flat letter mail via Deutsche Post - Germany's postal service or DHL. You have the option to choose tracking at checkout, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. We are based in Germany, so if you are ordering from Germany or any other European country that is part of the European Union, you typically shouldn't have to worry about custom and import taxes.
